Five-point stars, starbursts, and night skies
Star cut files run from a single clean five-point star to layered starbursts, shooting stars, and full celestial scenes with moons and constellations. They are among the most versatile shapes in the catalog, working on patriotic layouts, birthday and celebration pages, baby and nursery decor, and night-sky themes. Simple star outlines cut fast for confetti-style scatter across a page, while detailed starbursts reward a fresh blade and heavier cardstock. Pair Star with Christmas for tree-topper and ornament stars, with Summer for Fourth of July and flag pages, or with New Year for countdown and celebration art. Files ship in SVG, PNG, DXF, and JPG so they cut in Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio and print for print-and-cut projects. Free star files unlock with a registered account.

Stars suit patriotic and Fourth of July pages, birthday and celebration layouts, baby and nursery decor, graduation art, and night-sky themes. Small star outlines also make quick confetti accents scattered across any page.
Layered starburst files separate the base and accent rays onto distinct layers. Cut each from a different cardstock or foil tone, then stack them so the points catch the light. A fresh fine-point blade keeps the sharp tips clean.
Metallic gold and silver cardstock or foil vinyl give stars a celebratory shine, while red, white, and blue suit patriotic pages. For night-sky scenes, cut light stars against navy or black for contrast.
Yes. Five-point stars, star fields, and starburst designs are popular for Fourth of July, Memorial Day, and Veterans Day pages. Pair Star with red, white, and blue cardstock or with the Summer tag for seasonal celebration layouts.
