Pennants, bunting, and hanging garlands
Banner cut files give a page or a party a horizontal line to hang things from. The pennant shapes are simple closed paths, so they hold together at any size. Cut individual pennants six to eight inches tall from cardstock for a party banner and thread them yourself, rather than scaling the whole strung design up at once.
