Frequently asked questions
What does lifetime mean?
One payment covers every cut file in the catalog for the life of your HKCMarket account. There is no subscription, no renewal and no expiry.
Are new cut files included?
Yes. Every cut file added after you join is covered automatically, at no extra cost. New designs go up most weeks.
Is everything on HKCMarket included?
Unlimited covers every cut file. Sketches and printables are sold separately, and your points still work on them.
What happens to my points?
You keep them. Points cannot be used toward Unlimited itself, but they stay in your account for sketches, printables and anything else outside the membership.
I have already collected some cut files. Does Unlimited still make sense?
Everything you already own stays yours. Unlimited adds the rest of the catalog and every cut file released from now on.
How do I download files as a member?
Every cut file page shows it as free for you. Add it or claim it and download straight away, with no checkout charge.
Can I use the files for commercial projects?
Yes. Files can be used to create finished physical products for sale at small scale. They cannot be resold, redistributed or shared as digital files. See the refund policy page for full license terms.
